Bettenhausen 100 Rained Out

Morris, Ill., September 16—The 62nd annual Bettenhausen Memorial 100 presented by Elite Tradeshow Services late model stock car special at the Grundy County Speedway was rained out Saturday.
Twenty-seven late model entries were on hand when the rain came including three-time winner and last year’s titlist Ricky Baker.
The race program has been rescheduled for next Saturday, September 23, with the speedway’s sportsman stock car division taking the place of Mid-Am Racing Series as the support group. The speedway’s pure stock (four-cylinder) division will also be in action.
