A new Kickapoo Motor Speedway sign hangs on the fence near the pit sign-in shack.  Mike and Kim Daugherty, owners of Daugherty Speedway near Boswell, Ind., have taken over the promotional chores of the quarter-mile dirt oval located at the Vermillion County Fairgrounds in Danville, Ill.  The next racing program is scheduled for Sunday, October 2.
