DARF May News Update
Dayton, OH (April 30, 2010) - The Dayton Auto Racing Fan Club with
membership approaching 900 members has a busy month planned for May with
five track dates where members are admitted free of charge or
at a reduced admission to the grandstands.
35 Raceway Park at Frankfort, Ohio will start the month off on
May 1 with free admission to DARF members to witness the outlaw
mini-sprints, sportsman dwarf, modified lite dwarf cars, 4-cylinder
mini late models, 4-cylinder stocks, and go-karts on the fifth-mile
clay track. Warm-ups begin at 4 p.m. and racing at 6:30 p.m.

Gas City I-69 Speedway near Gas City, Indiana will be the next
stop on May 7 for a program of non-wing sprint cars, modifieds,
street stocks, and thunder cars on the 1/4th mile clay oval.
Admission is half-off for the grandstands with the gates opening

Kil-Kare Speedway near Xenia, Ohio will host the members to free
admission on May 14 for a night of NASCAR Whelen All-American
Series late models, modifeds, sport stocks, compact, and IKO
mini-cups with action on both the 3/8ths and 1/5th mile tracks.
Gates open at 6 p.m. followed with racing at 8 p.m. Call 937

Schrader's K-C Raceway south of Chillicothe, Ohio will be the
next stop on May 22 where the sprint cars will be running double
features plus the modifieds and hobby stocks will be running
on the 3/8 mile dirt oval. Warm-ups start at 6 p.m. and racing

Eldora Speedway north of Rossburg, Ohio will admit members for
just $10 on May 30 for the running of the Johnny Appleseed late
model classic plus the NRA Sprint Invaders and Eldora stocks
will be running on the 1/2 mile dirt oval. Hot laps begin at

DARF extends an invitation to non member racing enthusiasts to
join to take advantage of the many track dates. A twelve month
